The Music

Sally Jane

Sally Jane is a rising star of Australian country music hailing from Serpentine, Western Australia. Starting on her parents’ property at a young age, she quickly climbed the ranks—winning WA Junior Vocalist of the Year in 2019 and the People’s Choice Award at the 2020 Boyup Brook Country Music Festival. A proud graduate of the CMAA Senior Academy, Sally has performed at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, supported iconic artists like Kasey Chambers, Troy Cassar‑Daley, and Eskimo Joe, and enjoyed #1 success on the AMRAP regional radio charts with “Kiss You When The Rain Comes”

Honky-Tonk Heroes

Honky Tonk Heroes are a Perth-born country‑rock powerhouse delivering the fun, foot‑stompin’ vibe of a Nashville honky‑tonk right to Western Australia 🇦🇺. Comprising full‑time professional musicians—including smooth vocalist Taylor Cutts, twangy lead guitarist Luca Gatti and the shuffle‑beat rhythm duo Tom Neal and Brad Forbes—they bring iconic hits from legends like Merle Haggard, Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, and modern stars such as Jason Aldean and Luke Combs. With accolades including praise from Grammy‑winning country star Vince Gill, they’ve earned their reputation as WA’s most exciting and authentic country tribute band

The Charity

Zero 2 Hero

zero2hero is a Perth‑based youth mental health charity dedicated to educating, engaging and empowering young people across Western Australia to become mental health leaders and prevent suicide. Since 2009, the organisation has reached over 220,000 young heroes through school workshops, leadership camps (like Camp Hero), half-day presentations (Hero High) and accredited suicide prevention training.

When you support zero2hero at the Hoedown, 100% of funds go directly into delivering these vital prevention programs and building resilience in WA’s young people

The Weekend

Bring your swag, tent, camper or caravan, there’s plenty of room for everyone at the Holt Rock Hoedown! Toilets and hot showers are available on site, so you can stay comfortable while soaking up the full country experience.

Roll in, set up, and get ready for a weekend of music and mateship under the stars.

Please note water is limited in the area so if you can be self contained please do so.

Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just keen for a bit of karaoke fun, everyone’s welcome to have a go. It’s a relaxed, crowd-friendly night full of laughs, surprises, and plenty of country charm.
